I got this after using the Zero to Wealth audio "book" cds. This was just as great, some really good tips on selling and closing. I found that a lot of the closing lessons were helpful to me (as a woman) in sales. This taught me how to sell and close without being pushy.

Omar Periu is an awesome person and writer! This book is really good on training you not only to be a seller, but also how to negotiate and persuade with his proven techniques. The 12 Principles outlined in this book really work and make a lot of sense when you study the laws of influence found in this book. Highly recommend it!!
