I like specially the writting style, every concept is anticipated with an initial synthesis phrase in red, wich makes it easy to find exactly what you are looking for.

I like specially the writting style, every concept is anticipated with an initial synthesis phrase in red, wich makes it easy to find exactly what you are looking for. This 16 edition has a CD with extra material, it is a shame that in the last editions McGraw Hil is selling this CD as an aditional purchase, and so the whole chapter about "marketing planning". So, go for this 16 edition.

I received the book and it is in great condition. I needed the book for a marketing class I'm taking. I much happier paying $20 for it rather than $150 through the school!

I needed this book for the marketing class I am now taking. It comes with a cd, and that's been helpful. Good condition and the book is written in a good format, so you can easily follow along. I recommend it to anyone taking this class.

condition does not match as described, the cover is broken and worned out, when i bought this book the condition described as good, how good is that. And the delivery took longer than i expected.

I ordered the 17edition, but what I was shipped was the 16e. I discovered that some of the chapters are not the same nor is the questions.
