I bought this book for a college class, but it really came in handy once I started my job after college -- I used this book to restructure our meetings at work. There was one group who seemed to always meet for far too long, talk the whole time, and still get nowhere. It was not a panacea, but it was exceedingly helpful with positive feedback from many of the group members. This book from the 70s is still very relevant today and I would highly recommend it.
