This book is GREAT! It doesn't "preach" to you, but gives so many perfect examples of how managers screw up --- and then illustrates what we can do to create a really productive, happy, motivated work environment. It's a must read, and we ordered one for every supervisor.

Just finished reading this and am ordering one for all our department heads. The author has a great writing style; conversational, humorous, and has a way of making the point memorable, without being preachy. This is a great read.
