While using this book for my Human Resource Management class, I.
While using this book for my Human Resource Management class, I have learned many of the basic responsibilities of HRM. I feel as though the authors gave good explanations and good examples to back up their ideas. Because the book seemed to be all writing, it was intimidating and sometimes difficult to get through. It has very good content. Unfortuneately, it is not presented in the best fashion.
