Envy by Elizabeth Miles Summary : the furies are back with a new target skylar Characters : Skylar: this is the brand new target of the furies, she just want to fit in and be loved by someone. I liked how Miles used to furies to stage events and drop hints throughout the book too. The idea was really good too. It kind of reminds me of Pretty Little Liars (you know how A knows all their secrets?

Em had shut herself up in the Dungeon all day, trying to do some work on her independent project for English before picking up Gabby for their movie date tonight.

Em had shut herself up in the Dungeon all day, trying to do some work on her independent project for English before picking up Gabby for their movie date tonight fee, she was-shocker!-finding it difficult to concentrate on school with thoughts of banishment rites weaving through her head. She’d been reading all about various sacrifice rituals, but it was only freaking her out. What could she and Drea do? It wasn’t like they were going to kill a baby pig. Or another snake.

I love this second book Envy. I liked the first book, but the second one goes in more details about the furies. It was a lot easier to read about main character Em and I really got into her points of view in the book. The other character Skyler seemed annoying and dumb but it was very well written. The book reminded me of a high school teen movie but it has a paranormal twist to it. I cant wait to read the next book to see what happens next.

I don't know what to say... Envy was as good as the first book. The furies continue to haunt Em as well as some newly introduced characters. Miles continued the heart stopping surprises that freak you out. One of my favorite Trilogies! Pumped for the next book! :]

MUST READ :]
