At last! Here is a book that covers both key measurement and modeling topics and makes it easily accessible to a broader systems audience. Caveat: I have not yet finished reading the book. But, I enjoyed the coverage of traffic and topology models and measurement implications. The book also pays a lot of attention to the details of measurement infrastructures and modern state-of-the-art tools. The math review chapter is also very useful since it addresses issues that arise in measurement and modeling.
