It's a great book about the method of how to approach skiing as well as any other sport. This book never gets old.

In the late 1970's I was fortunate enough to take ski conditioning classes taught by Horst Abraham
in Vail, Colorado. Horst taught us to visualize the run we were about to make as we were going up the ski lift.
His visualization techniques have been something I've utilized throughout my life in different situation,
including learning to ride a motorcycle. Those of us in his class were treated to conditioning which included hopping from rock to rock in a mountain stream to develop our agility, as well as running UP ski hills. While I have
not read his book, I know Horst is a master teacher with a wealth of knowledge, and you most likely can't go wrong
learning his methods and theories.
