Extremely useful book if you are teaching a Christian faith based Martial Art. The instructors version has a handy Bible Study and Scripture Guide that really makes it easy to incorporate biblical lessons into your curriculum. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star was due to the information on Martial Arts styles and history. Although this may be helpful for students comparing styles, as an instructor I did not feel it necessary for my purposes. Overall, this is a tremendous resource for the Cristian Martial Arts instructor and I highly recommend it!
