The book "Miracle in the Making" is an inspirational story about Adam Taliaferro, a former Penn State football player who was paralyzed in a game. He was told he would never walk again and this books lets you travel with Adam in his personal story of his road back after being completely paralyzed. This boo is a truly motivational book in which i recommend anyone, not just Penn State fans, to read.

The book was sad however it also had some happy and exciting moments. For example when Adam made the devastating tackle, that paralyzed him neck down, it was a sad moment.

In 2001, a book was written by Sam Carchidi and Scott Brown to chronicle Taliaferro's life and recovery, entitled Miracle in the Making. 2 Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders. 3 New Jersey Assembly. Taliaferro created his own foundation to help support others with spinal cord injuries. The foundation was created in 2001, and continues to grow each year. Sam became friends with Bil Campbell while covering the Philadelphia Phillies for the Inquirer. In addition to working for the Inquirer, Sam has written for Athlon magazine, Baseball America, and the Scouting Report. In 2001, he co-authored Miracle in the Making: The Adam Taliaferro Story.
