Why 'Nice' Doesn't Work rang a bell with me. I'm always trying to please others and wonder why I don't get the results I want and think I deserve. I have often felt disillusioned when others don't see me as I see myself. Gina Rae gives excellent theories on why this strategy doesn't work and then the skills to help me change my behavior as well as my thinking. By giving examples from her personal experience I felt like she really understood my thinking and actions. I feel much more confident in ordering and carrying out my own priorities. I highly recommend it!

Thank you Ms. Hendrickson for the map on the road to recovery from eternal, detrimental niceness. As a "recovering nice person" I appreciate the personal stories (You mean I'm not the only person doing this?), the insight behind what I've been thinking and feeling for years and the practical information I needed to do things differently. This CD gave me the easy-to-understand perspective I needed to make new choices, new choices that are helping me create a more satisfying life. Thank you again.

The first time I listened to the CD, I found it interesting. I've listened two more times and each time I learn and understand more about my personal and business relationships. Gina Rae asks and answers new questions that reveal how you and others think. I strongly recommend "Why Nice Doesn't Work".
