It will be followed by a small reception. Karl Jettmar, a leading scholar of Central Asia, was the founding Professor of Anthropology at the South Asia Institute (1964-1986). The English translation of his Magnum Opus "Die Religionen des Hindukusch" was published by Orchid Press in 2018, the year of the 100th anniversary of Jettmar’s birth.
