This book brought me back to why we have open art expression in the classroom- the process not the product. It also gave me an insight to why I as an adult should be open to trying out more art techniques myself. Encouraging expression of the emotions, and experience more of a variety of materials with out the fear of doing it wrong. There is no wrong in art. Also adding or displaying different types of completed art and mediums in the classroom. I want to spark the interest in art expression, and show expose children what is already out there in the world.
