Death is final and there is no coming back from it. We are here on earth to fulfill our purpose. Jennifer Wilford's mother completed her work and was called home to be with God in the same year as her husband. Blessed Therapy is the story of a woman dealing with the loss of both of her parents. Jennifer reaches a turning point within in her own personal issues and realizes that a change had to come.

After burying her mother, Jennifer, turns her life over to God, starts a business and becomes a spokesperson for those dealing with the loss of a love one. It is better to learn from a person with experience and Jennifer believes her story may help others heal from their loss.

Blessed Therapy is an emotional book to read. It will have readers crying and by the end have reader's prayer. This book inspires faith and change. It provides visual images that will help readers connect with the author and her message. I recommend this book to others.

I am an avid reader and I really enjoyed this book very much. She really opened up to her readers and let them know all about her. I really enjoyed it.

At some point we all encounter death of a loved one. In each situation it is handled differently based on the relationship and closeness we have with the departed. Blessed Therapy is about a young woman who is left to deal with losing her loved ones. In this book she speaks of the pain and vividly describes the experience of watching her mother pass and how it reminded her of her grandmother's passing. The author also speaks of the death of her father, who passed away a year prior to her mother. The author speaks briefly of the relationship with her father and how his death bothered her. I wish she had given more detail on the relationship with her father and why she felt the way she did when attending his funeral. After the passing of both parents, more so that of her mother, she is left to reflect on the life she is living and decides to makes changes that are more suited her religious beliefs and will allow her to see her mother, father and grandmother in the after life.

Though everyone deals with grief differently, I think this book can at least start the healing process of someone in a similar situation. As far as the format of the book, I think that it was overpriced for a PDF format of an e-book. I also think that the pictures included could have been displayed differently or in a more consistent manner versus just being assigned to random chapters.
