A classic. I'd recommend it to any serious writer; It's indispensable; it's my bible. The transaction and communication with the seller was first rate, and I'd buy again from the seller, and recommend them to my best friends--and even the ones I hate!

This is one of the good ones! (four stars because I don't believe that anything is "perfect", although my experience with the seller and the product comes damned close.) My son wanted the thesaurus that his teacher had at school and he loved it! The text is big and my 6yr old and 8yr old use it for school projects. It was in immaculate condition and it was delivered on time!

This is my favorite thesaurus. Well-organized, easy to read and usable. I found some other thesauruses very confusing and useless.

It's just what my poetry writing daugter wanted!
She's happy with it and so am I. I's small but has a lot of words that on-line thesauruses (thesauri?) don't.

Expecting a real thesaurus, I was greatly disappointed. Every word I tried to look up wasn't listed until I tried "run". I'm not going to keep this book, it is useless to me. Maybe I'll offer it to a elementary school student.

I bought this thesaurus from a second-hand bookstore several years back and I have nothing but praise for it. This thesaurus is very good at providing a moderate (not too many, not too few) selection of strongly-associated synonyms for each word, and I find that the offered selections are usually precisely what I want and need.

If you still need a paper thesaurus in this day and age, I strongly recommend this one if you can find it cheaply.

This thesaurus is excellently organized, simple, and easy to use. It doesn't have so many synonyms that you're overwhelmed, but it has most of the ones you'll actually need. I use mine almost daily.
