Western Libraries provides Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service to all current faculty, students and staff. ILLiad allows users to submit and track requests for PDFs of book chapters and articles, and for loanable items such as books and DVDs. You can also recommend a purchase. Interlibrary Loan Policies. A separate ILL form must be submitted for each item requested. Please read the following policies prior to placing your loan request! Lost Books – The full price and the processing fee if any will be charged for any lost book or item loaned from other universities or institutions.
