Mark McGregor Shelton (born November 8, 1956), is a pediatrician at the Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, who is a Republican former member of the Texas House of Representatives. From 2009 to 2013, he represented House District 97 in Tarrant County.

However I have heard several people say they don't know how to use the book and can't decipher it. The book itself does not have enough explanation to be able to use it by yourself (in my opinion).
