The Tallyman s Campaign Handbook is the essential guide to the upcoming General Election. Like its predecessor in 2002, this is an invaluable and essential read for politicians, candidates, journalists, activists, or political junkies who will participate in or observe the 2007 campaign. Political analyst Noel Whelan assesses the state of the parties, exploring their respective strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of the independents, and examines the constituency redraws and other factors which will impact on their campaign. Constituency by constituency, The Tallyman s Campaign Handbook gives full details of the 2002 results, profiles the candidates for the 2007 election and assesses the prospects of both the outgoing deputies and those wishing to take their place. This book provides all the significant information which readers will require to follow the details of both the campaign and the election counts and to come to their own conclusion as to how the contest will pan out in each constituency and nationwide.
