Produced with a fine balance of well-written history and excellent photos and other illustrations, this is a book to treasure.
It was last updated in 1989, but most of it is timeless. It begins with the idea of such a park, and details the process of bringing it into existence as well as the personalities and differences involved. I hope they are planning a second volume after the 2015 anniversary, to bring the growth of the park completely up to date.
