The contents are well presented and concepts well explained however frequent reference to the APS ethics and US legislation make the relevance to other contexts limited.

The best book on ethics and risk management I have read. It was even a pleasant read. I would recommend this to any psychologist who wants to earn 8 ethics CE credits or even to brush up on ethical and legal issues. Especially helpful for private practitioners.
