I have used Dr, Lewis's book: Project Planning, Scheduling, and Control for many years as a class text for master degree courses at two universities. At the completion of the class, the students consistently list the book as the highest priority item in a list of "things done right" in class "lessons learned" evaluations. I'm new at project management and I found the book quite helpful.

The only book I would say is comparable to this one at an Intermediate level is 'The Complete Idiot's Guide to Project Management' by Sunny Baker and Kim Baker
