Dirty Hands (French: Les mains sales) is a play by Jean-Paul Sartre. When Charlie and Brian are arrested, Charlie's dad is forced to send him to live with Charlie's Uncle Mark in a small town in Minnesota. In Cedar Bluff, Minnesota, Charlie learns the meaning of hard work and giving back to his community. But when Brian makes a surprise visit and a flash flood threatens to take away all that he has worked for, can Charlie finally make the choice to clean his hands?

I would highly recommend this book. It is an easy read and tells a heart felt story of a young boy trying to find his identity. It is perfect for both young and old readers. I love the references to Minnesota!

Right from the start, this book will grab you! Fast reading and believable! I love how the author took each character's perspective and put it in the chapters!
