This is an inspiring read for caregivers to gain better understanding of themselves and those for whom they care. Reading about how other caregivers have walked the journey is always helpful. Many of these short stories can be useful and uplifting for sharing at a caregiver retreat or support group. This is a comforting to book to read curled up in an easy chair and with a cup of tea.
