Lattice Gauge Theories: . This book is of invaluable interest for scientists working in this area (gauge theories on lattices) and it is addressed mainly at the graduate students interested in particle physics. It can be also of interest for physicists working in statistical mechanics, since the lattice formulation of field theories resembles closely that of complex mechanical systems. - Zentralblatt MATH.

This book has aspects of introductory and advanced topics about gauge theories on a lattice. Students of field theory interested in this branch of physics will be well supplyed with lots of information about the subject.

This book provides a broad introduction to gauge field theories formulated on a space-time lattice, and in particular .

The book also introduces the reader to interesting problems which are currently under intensive investigation.

This book introduces a large number of topics in lattice gauge theories, including analytical as well as numerical methods.

World Scientific Lecture Notes in Physics. By (author) Heinz J. Rothe.

This book introduces the reader to an area of elementary particle physics which has been the subject of intensive research in the past two decades. It provides graduate students with the basic theoretical background on quantum gauge field theories formulated on a space-time lattice, and with the computational tools for carrying out research in this field. The book is a substantially extended version of the first edition, which appeared in 1992. Much effort has been invested to present the material in a transparent way, and to exemplify subtle points in simple models. The material should enable the reader to follow the vast literature on the subject without too much difficulty. It is hoped that the book will motivate young physicists to carry out research in this area of elementary particle physics.
