I really enjoy christian theology but this book just didn't grab me. The information is great and that is exactally what the book is for. If you're looking for something to read for pleasure this is not your book.

Lamin Sanneh (May 24, 1942 – January 6, 2019) was the D. Willis James Professor of Missions and World Christianity at Yale Divinity School and Professor of History at Yale University. Sanneh was born and raised in Gambia. After studying at the University of Birmingham and the Near East School of Theology, Beirut, he earned his doctorate in Islamic History at the University of London.
