Gods, Rites, Rituals and Religion of Ancient Egypt. For a more thorough und What a wonderful book this was! It's packed with useful information and lovely illustrations (although a few do seem to repeat themselves). 0857231235 (ISBN13: 9780857231239). I do wish a bit more about myths and legends would have been explored, as it seemed to skim over that chapter quite in a rush. Other than that, I enjoyed every chapter, but do wonder a bit if all the information is still accurate, as the book was first published in 2001 and all the sources at the end seemed to be older than the 2000s.
