While it purports to be a "fusion" of the three techniques of yoga, ballet and Pilates, it is merely a cut-and-paste: yoga one day, Pilates the next, ballet the next. Sorry I paid for this. This book has pulled together the best Pilates, ballet, and yoga exercises and put them all in one place. It is nice because you can mix and match what you want, using your body weight and nothing more.
