I got this as accompaniment to the CD. This is the best starting point I have found if you are very stiff or elderly. There were still many parts I could not do, just do the parts you can and crib the rest. Only four stars because clearly aimed at older market, but still not enough alternates for when you cannot do as described.

This is a wonderful illustrated book, easy to follow.. I can't do all put I certainly can try and I can't wait to do my best to feel better and get fit.. love Stefanie Powers. She is the best.????

I have the Power Pilates DVD but the book explains the exercises in much more depth. The book was a great addition to the DVD's. I recommend Pilates for anyone who wants to sculpt their body. It is a very graceful way to exercise. With beautiful results. The book was in excellent condition.
