We purchased several of these slim Weight Watchers easy meals cook books some months ago. We have been very happy with all of them, but this is our favorite. Try this one first, if you only want to buy one to start. Fancy meals with lots of fresh ingredients are great, but it takes time and effort. It is easier for busy, tired working people to cook healthy meals at home if it can be accomplished quickly, with little effort. This book, along with others of this genre, will show you how. There are recipes in a variety of categories, so you will find a number of options you will want to make a regular part of your plan. We found that the simple ideas given in this book also inspired us to try our own variations on a theme.

As far as weight watcher cookbook's go this one is okay. Its really a hit or miss, some of the recipes are great, but some are bland. They are definately easy weeknight (and quick) meals.

Not doing weight watchers anymore, found a few good recipes when I was using it, but the recipes were not that easy as it stated.

I checked this one out from my local library and loved it so much that I thought I'd want to own it, so went onto Amazon to check out availability.
These recipes are normal, everyday fare, made with normally available stuff, mostly quickly prepared. The Points values are given as well as, the rundown of calories, fat, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, etc. Recipes that are CORE as well as FLEX are designated as such, but there are many more FLEX plan recipes than CORE.

On-Hand Dinners ((3-8 points)
Double Duty (for more than one meal)(1-8 points)

Great recipe book to have even if your not on Weight Watchers. I had no problems with this transaction. Arrived within the time period allowed.
I borrowed my mom's copy of this cookbook and kept it so long she's finally buying another copy to replace the one I "borrowed". I don't do the weight watchers program, but these recipes are great! They're quick, easy and really, really delicious!
