Zorba Paster creates a structure that allows the reader to assess the quality of life he is leading, and identify areas in which improvements might be made. I did the assessments, found areas of dissatisfaction and used his lists of potential actions to help me change the direction of my life. I did this during my early retirement years and found great success in restoring my relationships with family as well as my community. His approach is so effective, I have purchased three more copies of this book and sent them to my adult children in the hope that they might also benefit from Zorba's insights.

I bought into this five stages of life philosophy thirty years ago and this book does an outstanding job of covering them all. Plus it has background and research behind it. You can't go wrong with living your life along these five goal lines.

After hearing Dr. Paster at a seminar and often on NPR, I was prompted to buy the book. It is an easy read. Dr. Paster presents "user friendly" information backed by research and clinical cases. The book offers real, down-to-earth suggestions. It is up to the reader to be inspired and act on them as I did.
