Some selections aren't representative and are too truncated. For example, the fifth edition section on Marx was more expansive and representative.

This is a great book to whet you palate with blurbs from many social theorists from the beginning of sociological studies.

Book is in great shape. It just took longer than I'd hoped to arrive. It did arrive in the estimated arrival time, though, just not at he beginning of the range given. I'd say 4 1/2 stars, but couldn't see how to do the half star on my device.
