Who knew that just focusing on reducing anxiety was not as effective as building adaptability, flexibility and resilience. As Anxiety is going to come, how to thrive on it instead of shut down. This is a simple, yet brilliant notion fleshed out by John Edgette in a way that you can learn and use. My hypnosis for anxiety related things has not been the same since taking John's workshop on this at an Erickson conference several years ago.
