The various methods for prevention and treatment of angiospasm as well as their efficacy and safety at patients with non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) are discussed. The main attention is paid for intracisternal and intraventricular introduction of drugs, such as vasodilators and fibrinolytics, as well as for transluminal balloon angioplasty of affected arteries.
