Since tehre are very few well organized textbooks on imaging of neurotrauma on the market, it is indispensable to get this one. The text is excellent, plus you have lots of good images, even of conventional radiology cases. Nowadays there would be some more emphasis on MRTI but what you need is the organization of the text.
