The Great Dane Hardcover – February 1, 1988. It consists mostly of general dog stuff, with a smattering of light weight great dane specific info. There is a lot about showing GDs --hundreds of photos of show Danes, all standing in the same pose, and discussions of various shows and lists and mini-biographies of top-name breeders. This is all very dated. The book was published in 1988, but, judging by the peoples' clothing, the photos (and presumably the content) are from the mid 1970s. One person found this helpful.
