It is a very comprehensive coloring book, in fact having more muscles and body systems than NASM requires which is nice for future reference. Some of the muscle groupings are different than the NASM book but pretty intuitive nonetheless. The pages are sturdy and coloring in them with colored pencils has worked out well. They are likely thick enough for light/fine markers as well but I'm not sure you will see all of the striations of the muscles with anything too dark or heavy.

Provides insight into how the human body works. The text contains many activities which test such things as the reader's reactions and eyesight. A pull-out skeleton model is also included.
