First of all, let me preface this review with the statement that my daughter loves sports books. In fact, she requested several such books for Christmas. This book was an unexpected surprise for her. However, even despite getting many of the books she specifically wanted, she nonetheless dug into this one and finished it right away. It was a big hit! I would recommend it for any adolescent, Tween or Teen (boy or girl) who likes sports... even ones who might not necessarily enjoy reading.

This was a very short book but a great read. Humorous. My 12-year old son laughed so hard at the stories, he kept calling my name to read them to me. It is hard to find good books for my sports enthusiast to read, so this was a great find. We will be looking for more of these types of books.

This was a gift. He said thank you, but I don't know how he really liked it.

My husband doesn't read novels or magazines...but he loves sports and when we take a cruise, I find a book he would like. This one DID have Weird, Wacky, True Sports Stories. He enjoyed each short chapter and often shared. As soon as he read Len Berman's name as author, he knew it would be good. And it was!

The book itself was much smaller than I had imagined. But I think the reading material was interesting to my grandson. A little overpriced.

My adolescent sport crazy nephew loved this book. Great buy. I can't speak on the content - but he read it twice and his dad said he liked it even.
