Some time ago I read a summary of a book where the protagonist was straight, he has never liked men but in his business there is a man who attracts him. The hetero decides to take mountaineering classes (or something like that) and this sexy man is the instructor.

Jeannie Baker's latest book, 'Playing With Collage', is like a personal gift from Baker herself to every child, educator and parent who has ever loved her work. and hoped to play with and arrange natural and man-made materials as she does. Not at her her usual style, this is a carefully conceived and beautifully designed non-fiction book in which Baker offers a 'how-to' guide for young collage artists and encourages a sense of wonder and playfulness in this. An absolute must-have for every early years classroom.

This is a great story about a boy who has faith in his best friend the snow bear. They journey out onto the ice and a blizzard comes .Eventually the snow bear finds the shelter she brought her cubs up in.She catches seals and fish for her and Bruun to eat.He goes back to where he came from and becomes a hunter. He's is one of the best and still hunts in the old ways using a harpoon not a gun.Bruun sees the snow bear again when she is on the verge of dying and stays with her until she was just a white lump in the snow.I lked this book and I think it should be short listed. At school I am supposed to do a review on this eye-catching book.
