Steve Smallman is the author of numerous children's books, including A Hug for Humphrey, The Lamb . I'm also thinking the blizzard element makes even less sense in Santa Is Coming to Florida than it does in Oklahoma, though even here it's a big stretch.
I sent books to all of the Nephews and Nieces even the adult ones. Santa is coming to the Rockies and Santa is coming to OHIO. I had requests for more books immediately. Everyone loved these books with the landmarks relating to their states. It rambles around with no clear point, some of the stories plot lines are just random and never solidify as to why they were doing it. You turn the page and you are like "wait a second, the last page was setting up the scene for something that never happened, did I miss something?". For those of you who dont know, this book has many state specific versions.
