My nephew was behind in math when he came to stay with us, but quickly became very interested in doing math in his head, like my son & I do. My son does these workbooks as part of his homeschool, so I got them for my nephew, as well. I just have to make sure he practices the skill they are trying to teach him, instead of trying to answer the problems his own way (he is easily distracted).
