Good story!! Book could have been in better condition I think the rating was off some. Bought as a gift for a little boy named Danny who loves ducks,

Before my son could read he memorized where this book was shelved in the public library. We checked it out every time it was there. I finally bought us a copy in the hope that he can read it to his children one day. The story is touching and the illustrations of Danny as his emotions change are true to life.

One of the best books ever written for 2-4 year old. They will want it read time and time again!
