I bought this for my 5 yr old nephew. He already had 2 of these books and I think they are hilarious. He just giggles uncontrollably while I'm reading it and getting messed up with the rhymes :)
I bought the hardback, which is very nice and comes with a cd, which I have not played for him, but his mother has.
My favorite so far is the dinosaur one, so be on the lookout for it. You can't go wrong with these books.

Cutest tale of an imaginative yet somewhat mischievous kitten, (according to his Mummy). Skippyjon fueled by his imagination and of course National Leographic Magazine, takes a journey to the Underworld down the river Styx to Egypt in search of mummies, when mayhem ensues, compliments of his sibling cohorts. His real mummy comes to the rescue!

My 5 years old daughter obsessed with all things Ancient Egypt loves this book. She laughs at how silly it is (since it purposely gets lots of words wrong - finx for Sphinx, etc) and loves how fun it is when we read the adventure parts in a Spanish accent, since Skippyjon Jones uses Spanish words when he's "Skippito" the Chihuahua.

Love these books! The illustrations are great and the Spanglish is a fun way for our little guy to learn English and Spanish. These were recommended to me when I had my son and I am so glad we discovered this adorable book series.

Great book. My kids love the humor in this series. It’s fun to read out loud.
I have chihuahua doggies so seeing this kitty masquerade as a chihuahua is the cutest thing ever
