This cookbook popped up on Amazon when I ordered my frittata pan, and it seemed the perfect companion. However, when it arrived, it only contains 1 very basic frittata recipe - what a HUGE disappointment! While it has other nice, simple Italian dishes, do not buy this cookbook if you are looking for wonderful frittata recipes.

I love Frittata's, if you love Frittata's this book is what you want. Easy recipes. So many recipes to choose from outside of Frittata's. It has varing recipes for the same recipe.

This book is more than a cookbook. It has wonderful history and photos of an early family Italian restaurant in San Francisco. Thoroughly enjoyable!
