I haven't finished this book, but so far not really that interesting unless you want to know mostly about Groucho's eating habits...

This is the best exampler that even comedy can turn into art. Is not you said, is how you said that makes this book a piece of art. There are so many things to learn at so many labels that it should require reading at communication classes. But to the casual reader, it will be entertsiment on the highest level while learning to live a happier life. FANTASTIC!

Groucho Marx and his brothers had more humor than the entire city of New York...just zany way of looking at life, people, and situations. Found myself not wanting the book to end. I grew up watching his antics on TV and their movies were hilarious slapstick...none of this dreary potty humor...More pie! Loved this book...highly recommend!

This unusual device proves to be very effective.A satisfying read. For an exhaustively researched definitive biography look elsewhere.I read one published in the late 80's maybe 90's but it did not pop up on kindle.

This may sound funny, but i read harpo speaks! by harpo marx, and i thought he was my favorite marx brother and on film he is definetly one of my favorites and the book was pretty good, but this book I think is as good or better! might be because of the co-author , I,m not sure , but its a good read!

The book is a collection of loosely connected interviews covering events from Groucho's last years. It is repetitive and offers little insight.
