The arrangements in this book are very well done: Not hard to play and effective. A lot of good songs with lyrics that for the most part do not offend or cause controversy in the elementary music environment. Am glad to have it in my elementary music classroom.

Loved this book when it first came out, and I still do. Great collection of fine folk songs and there is always a little bit of history mixed in.
