I have had this book on my Kindle for iPad a couple of years now and have gotten a good feel a lot of the songs, and the book itself.

This book has a lot of good bits and pieces in it and some of the old traditional songs are fun to learn. However, the Kindle edition has some songs that, when you zoom in on the song to read it, you lose the last 2-3 verses which are only text after the music picture and a few of the songs are missing well known verses entirely (Jingle Bells only has verses 1 and 4). Also, the table of contents has a number of songs that are mis-linked taking you to the wrong song entirely.

All in all, it is a good book for the price and songs it includes and it will get you a number of lesser-known traditional songs. But the layout and bad links makes it really hard to actually gig with.

Lots of carols and hymns, not enough popular songs and holiday standards. Chords are well chosen not too many or too few. I cross out one or two quick changes that I don't really need to make the piece easier to play, but I keep most of them. Some of the songs are squeezed a bit to fit on one page and my eye doesn't follow the smaller printing sometimes.

This book is mostly standard church and traditional carols, with a little bit of popular music sprinkled in.

I love this book. Has all the necessary Christmas songs and even more. Used it many times and there are no errors in the harmony functions.
Sadly there is a limited time during the year when I could use it - otherwise I love Christmas music! :)

The choice of songs is good with expected traditional songs. There was one missing "Do you hear what I hear". I'm a bit upset in that they preferred key of 'D' to key of 'C' in most cases. Two songs I looked at published in Eb and one in E. Both keys are not suitable for true 'C' instruments, the melody lines easily accomodated shifting down to D or even C on all the songs.

So far, the changes seem fairly to be in the pocket. Pert near all the tunes you'll need for the season. A good companion for any Christmas gig.

This is great. Just missing 2 of the songs that it has listed. Unfortunately I purchased the book with one of those songs in mind. Kids love it for just learning words and tunes. No bass clef.
Whoever transcribed this book is tone deaf. I’m unhappy I purchased this.
