the book is stupendous ... of course, you'd have to go some to make Botticelli look bad. if I were to complain at all it would be that the illustrations are often very small, but the book is not overly large so there is no obvious solution. the colors are wonderful and there are frequent enlargements of parts of the works that show Botticelli's astounding skill and talent. buy this book.
