I was a self-taught claims practitioner, with my knowledge of claims gleaned mostly from reading claims prepared by experts hired by my employer. At some point during my second year of self-study, I chanced upon a mention of ‘Construction Claims & Responses, Effective Writing & Presentation’, and I immediately ordered a copy online. This turned out to be the most important piece of literature I have purchased in my career. The improvement in the quality of my claims was so great that I regretted the pain I had put claims reviewers through with my earlier claims submissions.

I strongly recommend 'Construction Claims & Responses, Effective Writing & Presentation’ to anyone that is starting out in this field, and those seeking to improve their writing and presentation of claims.

I've just received my newly-purchased copy and have started to read. I like what I see so far: good layout, logically arranged content and - most importantly - written with instruction in mind !
